Home ownership should not depend on fitting neatly into a traditional mortgage model. Yet for too many people, a good income and the ability to afford a home are still not enough to get there.

Homely is building practical, credible alternatives, a growing range of modern ownership solutions that give people more ways to find a path to a home of their own.

Our story

Living at home or renting doesn't have to be forever

Homely began with a frustration we knew first-hand: years of paying rent that could cover a mortgage, yet still shut out by a lending system with one narrow idea of who qualifies.

So in 2024 we built a different route. We secure quality homes, rent them to you on secure RTB-registered tenancies, and give you a clear option to buy in 3-5 years, for the many people left behind not for any lack of income, but because they don't fit the mould.

David Lynch

General Counsel, Chairman

David directs regulation, policy, governance and all legal matters at Homely. A corporate lawyer with 35+ years' experience, he spent 15 years as a partner at OBH Partners.

Andrew Lynch

CEO

Andrew leads the team, overseeing product and commercial projects at Homely. Having returned to Ireland after a decade away building Huckletree in London, his own mortgage journey inspired Homely.

Richie Carroll

COO

Richie oversees operations, customer experience, technology, systems and AI at Homely. He spent a decade in investment banking, led expansion at Swoop and worked at Morgan Stanley.

Jennie Lynch

Head of Brand & Design

Jennie leads brand and design at Homely, drawing on an operations, buying and finance background with YOOX Net-A-Porter Group.

Lucas Kane

Operations Associate

Lucas works across sales, marketing, customer engagement and product development at Homely, with hands-on property experience from Savills and Sherry FitzGerald.
