Castletroy, Limerick – Launching in Summer 2026, the scheme will have 3- and 4-bed houses starting from €2,650 per month (plus option fee)
Ballivor, Co. Meath – 2- and 3- bed homes starting from €1,600 per month (plus option fee)
Athy, Co. Kildare – 3-bed homes starting from €1,700 per month (plus option fee)
Portarlington, Co. Laois – 3-bed homes starting from €1,700 per month (plus option fee)
