  • Ballivor, Co. Meath – 2- and 3- bed own-door apartments starting from €1,450 per month (plus variable option fee)
  • Castletroy, Limerick – Launching in Q1 2027, the scheme will have 3- and 4-bed houses starting from €2,650 per month (plus variable option fee)
  • Athy, Co. Kildare – 3-bed homes starting from €1,700 per month (plus variable option fee)
  • Portarlington, Co. Laois – 3-bed homes starting from €1,700 per month (plus variable option fee)
